Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10): K10 is a simple checklist that aims to measure whether or not an individual may have been affected by depression and anxiety during the past 30 days. Paper version: PDF
Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (- 42) (DASS-42): DASS is intended to isolate and identify aspects of emotional disturbance, for example, to assess the degree of severity of the core symptoms of depression, anxiety and/or stress. Paper version: PDF
Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale – 21 (DASS-21): DASS-21 is a shorter, faster to administer form of the DASS that has been demonstrated to give similar results to the full DASS. Paper version: PDF

Impact of Events Scale – Revised (IES-R): IES-R is a 22 item self-report questionnaire that represents the DSM-IV criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Paper version: PDF
